ROAMR Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 18, 2025

These Terms govern your use of ROAMR’s services, including booking, payment, and vehicle rental. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require full payment in advance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or deny any reservation at our discretion.

  • A $125 security deposit is required and may be partially or fully retained for violations, damage, or late returns.

2. Rental Requirements

  • Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license and personal auto insurance.

  • Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

  • Vehicle use for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Vehicle Use

  • No smoking is permitted in the vehicle. A $1,000 smoking fee will be charged if detected.

  • No pets are allowed. Excess cleaning (e.g., pet hair, stains, sand) will result in a $250 fee.

  • Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas and in the same condition it was received.

  • Rentals include 250 miles per day; additional miles are billed at $0.52 per mile.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the start of the reservation.

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours.

  • No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.

  • Renter is liable for all tolls, traffic violations, tickets, and damage not documented at pickup.

  • Damages discovered at return and not documented pre-trip may result in forfeiture of part or all of the security deposit.

6. Limitation of Liability

By booking or operating this vehicle, the renter agrees to hold ROAMR, Lindsey Holt, and Ricky Holt harmless from any and all claims, disputes, damages, losses, or liability that may arise before, during, or after the rental period. ROAMR, Lindsey Holt, and Ricky Holt are not responsible for accidents, injuries, delays, or inconveniences related to vehicle use.

7. Modifications

ROAMR may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be available at roamrvan.com.
